This mix of slow jams, ambient soundscapes, library records, swamp soul and some beats that aren't irritating or attention seeking is played at times when I'm writing or sketching out ideas.

Nothing on the mix is as moody or heavy as the beats I usually play. For this mix i focused on not playing anything abrasive, I wanted the listener to forget the music is even playing and hopefully great ideas come out of this experience.

I've been feeling very unfocused and overwhelmed these past weeks and have been getting a lot done with this mix playing in the back ground. I'm sharing it with you as I hope it can help out others.

Some would call this library music, and it is true that a side of it is. It is clearly made to enable sampling of different portions. But all the tracks are also really good and hold on to themselves, which makes it a great album to listen to. Best of both worlds, one could say. Thibaut Devigne
